What this site collects.
Nothing, unless you write to us.

This page has no analytics, no cookies and no forms that send anything. The panel on the front page runs entirely in your browser and stores nothing. If you email pilots@ithaka.one, we keep your message to answer it and to arrange a pilot, and for nothing else; ask and we delete it.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests font files from Google's servers when the page loads. We will self-host them before the site collects anything more than an email. The faces and voice samples in the panel on the front page are loaded from Anam's servers in the same way, so Anam sees your IP address when they load.

The call on the front page runs through Anam, the avatar provider: your voice and the transcript are processed there for the call. Under Anam's privacy policy, Anam keeps a recording for up to 30 days and the transcript until we delete it. The call follows a fixed script; Ithaka keeps nothing from it yet. It uses the microphone only and never asks for the camera. Calls are capped per call, per day and per network, so the button may say that calls are used up.

Ithaka itself, once installed, keeps recordings and screen content on your computer unless you choose cloud processing. That is described on the front page and will be set out in full when the product ships.
